Teaching 

​Sophie has a huge passion for watching horse and riders grow as a combination through her teaching. She regularly teaches private, group and pony club lessons. Beyond teaching Sophie enjoys helping riders make a plan to translate their training into a competition schedule.

Schooling & Competition Livery 

Sophie has availability to take on horses for training, producing and competition livery. We are situated in Manaton in the beautiful Dartmoor national park. 
Sophie has always self produced her event horses from a young age, so has a real passion for helping horses along every step of their journey.

Training Holiday Camps

Sophie’s passion for teaching has progressed into an exciting new venture in 2024. Sophie has come up with a unique opportunity to combine staying in high end accommodation with an action packed few days of training focusing on furthering the horse and riders education.

Sophie is an incredible riding instructor and it’s clear she really knows her stuff. My two daughters have improved beyond recognition since she has been teaching them – she really understands how to encourage and get them through challenging moments (and also knows how to handle their sometimes challenging ponies!). The girls look forward to their lessons and learn something new every session. Sophie is calm, constructive and always fun, I’d happily recommend her to anyone.
